About Well Water Decisions

Well Water Decisions helps private-well owners make the next decision with better evidence. We connect a recorded measurement with an equipment requirement, show where the comparison is valid, and keep the unanswered questions visible.

Why this publication exists

Broad water-treatment explanations and product listings often leave a practical gap: what does a particular property’s water and supply allow, and what must be established before choosing equipment? Our work focuses on that gap.

The first resources address observed water flow and filter backwash requirements. The broader publication is being developed around measured water chemistry, treatment sequencing, equipment compatibility and source-based troubleshooting. A planned topic is not presented as a completed or validated service.

Our decision process

  • Record the relevant inputs, units, location and operating conditions.
  • Find the requirement for the exact assembled system and the applicable source revision.
  • Compare only records that describe comparable conditions.
  • Separate the calculation from assumptions, unknowns and the next verification task.

This is why our tools can return an unresolved result even when one entered number appears sufficient. Missing pressure, duration, temperature, configuration or drainage evidence can change the decision.

Publisher and editorial responsibility

The publication was founded by Zafar Iqbal, a Shopify and local SEO specialist and digital publisher. He leads content organization, research coordination and editorial development. Read his biography and publishing portfolio and visit his LinkedIn profile.

Publishing experience is not a substitute for qualifications in water chemistry, engineering, laboratory analysis or treatment installation. Independent professional review of a measurement or installation procedure has not yet been completed. We state review limits rather than imply a credential or approval.

Evidence and original work

We use attributable primary documentation, readable arithmetic, explicit examples and bounded planning tools. Manufacturer statements, calculated results and our interpretations are separated. Sources and calculation rules can be checked on the Methods page; the Editorial standards describe how we evaluate and correct content.

Conceptual artwork is labelled as such and does not represent a tested product or installation diagram. A calculator’s software checks do not independently validate a physical measurement method or establish treatment performance.

Commercial transparency and contact

Any compensated recommendation or link must be identified near the relevant material. A commercial relationship must not change a requirement or conceal an incompatible condition. Read the Affiliate disclosure.

The site is an educational publication, not a certified laboratory, public agency, engineering practice or installation service. Tool results do not establish drinking-water safety or approve an installation.
