These terms describe the use of WellWaterDecisions.com, published by Zafar Iqbal. The website provides educational guides, calculation tools and planning records for private-well decisions. Read these terms alongside our Privacy policy and Affiliate disclosure.
Scope of the publication
Our materials help you understand a recorded measurement, a documented equipment requirement and the questions that remain unresolved. The website is not a certified laboratory, engineering practice, installation service, public health authority or emergency response service. Reading a page or using a calculator does not create a professional adviser–client relationship.
A result does not establish drinking-water safety, contaminant removal, regulatory compliance or installation approval. Decisions that require a site assessment, water test, treatment design or legal approval need the appropriate qualified professional, laboratory, manufacturer or local authority.
Using the calculators and examples
You are responsible for the inputs and records you enter and for checking that the source requirement applies to the exact system and operating conditions. Unknown inputs should remain unknown. A numerical result cannot resolve missing pressure, duration, temperature, configuration or drainage evidence.
Examples labelled hypothetical illustrate arithmetic or decision rules; they are not measurements of your property or recommended settings. Manufacturer documentation can change, and a media or valve specification is not automatically a complete-system requirement. Verify the current applicable documentation before acting.

Permitted use and intellectual property
You may read the website, link to its pages, print planning worksheets and use or share your calculated records for personal planning or discussions with a qualified professional or client. Protect any personal information in a record, and do not present it as our certification or approval.
Original written content, branding and illustrations are protected by their applicable intellectual-property rights. Short attributed quotations and uses permitted by law are allowed. Republishing substantial content or representing our branding as your own requires the relevant permission. Third-party materials and open-source software retain their own licences; these terms do not override rights granted by those licences.
Responsible use and submitted material
Use the site lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, introduce malicious material, bypass access controls, impersonate another person or misrepresent a tool output as evidence we have independently verified.
If you submit a comment or a request to publish a correction, provide material you are entitled to share. Do not submit another person’s private data without authority. You retain rights in your original submission; permission to display and moderate a public comment is limited to operating the publication. Private enquiries are not automatically permission to publish your identity or message.
We may moderate or remove submissions for spam, abuse, privacy concerns, lack of relevance or misleading claims. A submitted comment is not the publisher’s endorsement.
